How long is required to implement a project, such as HRMS and Production outut tacking solution?
The implementation period depends on the scale and complexity of the project. In general, our project implementations complete in 3 months or less. However, some bigger scale projects can take from 3 to 6 months. We are able to provide a more accurate estimation once we understand your requirements.

What is the warranty for your solutions?
The warranty period is 12 months. We will upgrade and install any updates, fixes within this period for free of cost. If you required, we will provide the annual maintenance services with minimal charges.

Can we purchase the only required Modules?
Yes. You can purchase only selected module. When you required, you can purchase other modules in the future.

Is your Solutions web-based?
Yes. Our Solutions are web-based and supports most of the browsers like Edge, Firefox, Safari.

Where is the Software will be installed?
The Software and data resides in your company. The hardware requirement like server, harddisk, network, need to be supported by the company. Our Projects can be used in the Intranet network without internet requirement.

What is the License limitations?
Unlimited User accounts support & No per user or per seat license fees.

What is the training Support provided?
We provide in-house training and online support from Mon – Fri in business working hours. We provide the manuals, user guide for the related product.

Can it support other languages beside English?
Yes. We support languages other than English like Vietnamese, Chinese and Korean. Translation can be done for languages currently not listed.

How do you support clients in other countries?
We have techincal support team in India, Vietnam. Our support teams are able to support remotely through Mstsc, Teamviewer or Skype. We are also working on expanding our presence with offices in Indonesia and Jordan.
